Squinting at the Low Winter Sun: A Driving Headache You Can Avoid (avoiding a sore head when driving)

In Scotland, I'm sure you'll agree we’re always delighted to see the sun break through the clouds, especially during the darker months! However, the low angle of the winter sun can create intense glare, making it stressful to drive. This dazzling effect can lead to squinting or frowning which often lead to tension headaches.
I've made the conscious effort to ask my patients WHY they are seeking aesthetic treatments and when it comes to wrinkle sprinkles at this time of year, a large number of them are telling me it's to minimise driving headaches from constant frowning! Many of them are telling me that the relief of relaxed muscles, especially when driving in the winter glare, is one less worry for them when navigating wet and icy conditions.
Wrinkle sprinkles, when administered carefully and precisely by a medical practitioner, effectively weaken the target muscles resulting in a more relaxed, restful appearance. And the more relaxed a muscle is, the less likely it will turn into a headache!
This is obviously one of the many reasons people seek wrinkle sprinkles, but I thought it was an interesting point to touch on here. Especially as I am always advocating for people to choose treatments for THEIR OWN REASONS! Having met hundreds of people who seek treatment in my clinci, I can promise you that vanity is the last thing on their mind. Tere is always another, deeper reason for seeking treatments. And tension headaches (from many causes!) is a super popular one.
If you're curious about a treatment but you're unsure about committing, please consider a no obligation consultation with me. I provide a confidential, judgement free environment for you to get your questions answers so you can feel empowered in your decision.
I can't wait to meet you, Megan.
P.s. consultation fees are deducted from any treatment you choose to go ahead with, so you're essentially saving some credit for your future self!
