"Navigating the Chaos: How to Find a Trusted Aesthetics Practitioner in an Unregulated Market"

It's really easy to check someones credentials on paper, but how do you know which dentist/doctor/pharmacist/nurse injector is right for you?
Firstly, look for these things:
Check they're a real person. It should be obvious from their website, social media etc who they are, where they are based and what they do.
Look for social proof. Do they have reviews? existing customers? before and afters?
Secondly, ask YOURSELF these questions:
When I'm looking at their posts and reading their captions, do I agree with what this practitioner is saying? If you don't, then they might not have the ethos you are looking for.
Do I like the way this practitioner looks? You will know within yourself if you are looking for natural, undetectable work or more obvious treatments. This is usually reflected in the practitioners own face. I mean would you let a hairdresser with a multicoloured, half shaved head give you a long, layered cut?! Probably not. Whatever you're into, there is a practitioner with the same vibes.
Thirdly, ask the PRACTITIONER these questions:
Can I book a consultation without having treatment? The answer should be yes. You should never feel any pressure to commit to a treatment.
Can you show me your qualifications/insurance etc? A worthy practitioner will be delighted to chat all things safety with you. Any sketchiness in this area should be a red flag for you.
Can you show me the products you're going to use? Your practitioner should be letting you know what is being injected into your face. Not all fillers are created equal.
In my practice, I promise you these things:
I will truly listen to your desires and concerns
I will explain the entire process of your treatment in detail, before your treatment
I will always develop a personalised treatment plan that aligns with your lifestyle and budget
I will provide you with advice and all the info you need to make a confident, informed decision about booking an appointment
I will send you home with solid aftercare advice and be contactable in an emergency
I will always offer a review appointment where appropriate to make sure we are both 100% happy with your results and you are totally reassured at every step
I believe in long-term relationships, not one and done treatments. Aesthetics is a journey!
